"The people that you meet whilst in the gym are great. Each day was different. I came in contact with so many different characters with different backgrounds and lives. Because it's a ladies gym there is a nicer atmosphere to what you'd get in a mixed gym. You don't feel out of place because you're not wearing the latest sports gear or have a size eight waist. People there are willing to sit and talk to people about whatever problem a person may have, whether it be a weight problem, or just a chat.
