"Had this not been a ladies only gym I would not have joined because of my weight and size. The ex-tens helped me get back into the actual gym. I have lost 9 stone 4 1/2 lb and countless inches. I walk to work and I am much fitter now. Take advantage of all the facilities available and try and come at least 3 times a week."
