How do I join?
Simply visit the Club and let reception know you wish to sign up, or phone in advance to arrange a suitable time to ensure someone is available to see you straight away. You will need to provide details of your current bank or building society account in order to complete the direct debit mandate or credit card/cash/cheque to pay for your annual membership.
Please also bring your diary so that we may schedule your first few sessions at the club with a fitness adviser.

You may chose to take a monthly membership but many of our members do choose to take an annual membership as they receive great savings on their total fees as a result.

Can I bring a friend with me?
People that work out with a buddy achieve their goals quicker and easier. If you have a friend that is thinking of starting a healthy regime, encourage them to come along with you to try out the club.

Can I suspend my membership should I become ill?
Of course you may freeze your membership for up to three months if you are unable to attend the club for health reasons (or six months in the case of pregnancy). You will be required to provide evidence from your doctor at the commencement of your illness, injury or pregnancy request and a small administration fee will be charged per month.

What happens if my circumstances change and I can no longer come to the club?
We understand that people relocate or have changed circumstances that mean they may no longer be able to attend the gym. If you pay on a direct debit basis you will be able to cancel your membership after a period of three months. On an annual basis you can choose not to renew when the membership period expires. We find most of our members love our clubs so much that they try to change their circumstances to be able to continue attending rather than the opposite.

Can I transfer my membership to another club if I relocate?

Yes, we encourage you to do so, however you will have to pay the difference in fees if you move to a location where the club charges a higher monthly fee. You will not be asked to pay a new joining fee.
