Business Manager

What the role involves
  • Maximise profitability by achieving financial targets and implementing strategies to drive the business forward

About you
  • Previous experience in a similar environment at Manager or Deputy Manager level
  • The ability to communicate to all levels of staff
  • Strong motivational skills and the ability to train and develop staff

Deputy Manager

What the role involves
  • Assist the Business Manager in all aspects of club operations and standards
  • Manage all aspects of the sales function
  • Deputise for the Business Manager in their absence
  • Maintain and develop a sound relationship with members and staff
About you
  • Previous experience in a similar role or experience in a similar environment at a supervisory level
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
  • The ability to communicate company information to all levels of staff
  • Computer literate

Sales Manager

What the role involves
  • Advise existing or potential members on membership issues
  • Provide a high quality of service to these individuals and maximise the retention levels within the health club
  • Motivate and lead all employees to ensure maximum sales potential
About you
  • Previous health and fitness sales industry experience
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a similar environment
  • Strong motivational skills and the ability to train and develop staff
  • Target driven and proactive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate

Receptionist

What the role involves
  • Provide a welcoming environment for all visitors to the health club ensuring that customer service is of an excellent standard
  • To maintain an efficient and professional reception area

Fitness Instructor

What the role involves
  • Prescribe safe and effective exercise programmes to suit members needs and capabilities
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service in and around the health club at all times
  • Have a wide knowledge of health and safety issues and work related procedures
About you
  • YMCA Gym Instructor Award, Exercise to Music or equivalent
  • A strong communicator
  • The ability to build relationships with customers
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve goals

Membership Advisor

What the role involves
  • Advise existing or potential members on membership issues
  • Provide a high quality of service to these individuals and maximise the retention levels within the health club
  • This role is evenly divided between sales and retention
About you
  • Previous sales experience (not essential within the industry)
  • Target driven and proactive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability
  • Computer literate

What the role involves
  • This role is for someone that has experience in the receptionist, fitness and sales roles and is willing to turn their hand to any job role within the health club

I joined Reviva in March and since then have taken part in lots of activities such as our monthly gym challenges, a champagne and strawberries party and out recent stick with it programme. The Staff are friendly, the members help create a good atmosphere and every day is different.
