When I started for the first time I met nice staff, they encouraged me to lose weight in many ways - a good programme and now a new programme to motivate me more and I like it, it keeps me going. The previous programmes have worked with great results with me losing 3 1/2 stone. I get lots of support from the staff, they care and help and advise. The gym is very nice and very cool gym.
